entrenamento de la semana k viene, next weeks training..

hi guys, sorry about todays training, we will try to get it sorted next time, to make sure next week everyone can be there, are you guys available to have training tuesday and thursday instead of wednesday next week so me n russ can be there for you? I know this means that some will b training twice on tuesday..let us know, and please be pacient while we sort this out guys.. thanks
