There is a myth or rumour that deon sanders did it in 4.00 when he went to the combine,
the story goes that he didnt want to go to the combine but the scouts and agents wanted to get his 40 time so he ran.. and didnt stop to find out his time.. he ran his 40 straight into the tunnel and into a waiting car and said have that..
Thats the story anyway.. but i belive he was in the 4.10-4.20 range

also look how may of them were drafted by the oakland rainders..
they dont care about if the player is good or not just if they are fast or not.... that was until the most recent draft... al davis is killing that team
there is only 3 players on that list that i would take if i was setting up a nfl team
